Ultimate Smoothie

This recipe is the foundation of my sprout intake.  Once a day, usually at dinner,  I have a meal of this mix.

- ½ clamshell container of sprouts (preferred alfalfa or broccoli my power foods)
- ½  avocado 
- 1 apple 
- Juice of 1/2  lemon 
- 1 cup of water (more water if you wish to drink) 
- Any other fruit you wish to taste (my favourite is Dates another power food for me).
