Sprout Omelet Supreme
2 backyard eggs
1 Tbsp heavy cream
dash of garlic, salt, pepper and cumin
Coconut oil or olive oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture in.
Just before the egg is cooked I sprinkle sunflower sprouts, chopped cherry tomatoes, organic bacon and cheese.
Tri fold with a dab of sour cream on top.
