(A great lunch for pre-schoolers!)
Take 1 large lettuce leaf.
Line it with any kind of sprouts.
Put in a wedge of cheese or any other protein
Roll it up for a lettuce wrap.
Some leaves look like boats or pirate ships. You can fill them with sprouts, shoots and favourite bits of veggies/ fruit.
