Cottage Cheese, Yogurt and Sprout Salad

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 250 ml
1/2 cup plain yogurt 125 ml                              
1/4 cup raisins, finely chopped           50 ml
1 tablespoon onion, minced  15 ml
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped          50 ml
2 ounces ALFALFA and/or RADISH SPROUTS  50 g

Mix cottage cheese and yogurt.  Add all remaining ingredients except Alfalfa sprouts.  Chill.  Serve on a bed of Alfalfa or Radish sprouts.  Recipe serves 2.
