Almond Milk

Soak overnight: 
1 cup almonds, raw 


Drain and rinse. 

Put in blender with: 


4 cups water 


3-6 dates, soaked (optional), or 


OR other sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or soaked raisins) 



Blend until smooth. 

Pour resulting almond milk through a nut milk strainer. 

Reserve pulp for crackers, granola, hot cereal. 

Store in glass container in fridge for up to 4 days.
