What should we eat?

Professor Edmond Szekely (California, 1920) classified food into four groups based on their impact on the body:

- Bio-genic living foods offer the strongest support for the regeneration of cells (25% of daily food).
Sprouted nuts, seeds, grains and legumes

- Bio-active foods are life sustaining (50% of daily food).
Organic fruit and vegetables

- Bio-static foods slow down life processes and accelerates aging (not more than 25% daily food).
Cooked foods (which destroys most of the nutrient value)

- Bio-acidic foods are regarded as life-destroying (0% of daily food).
